RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES,

 Review departmental timecards to ensure employee’s time is accurately
recorded and complete.
 Generate some or all of the Time and Labor reports and review the data on
the reports.
 However only timekeepers can edit historical pay periods that have been
sign-off, and edit additional information (i.e. meal break, OT, shift
different).
 Coordination with field timekeeper, supervisor, foreman, general foreman.
 Review daily attendance receiving from supervisors, foreman, general
foreman, site engineer.
 Upload data/update timesheets then matching via attendance receiving
from foreman/engineers.
 Monthly basis make time-cards for top of manager then submit to GR dept.
for final approval.
 Weekly report on hours worked by each piece of equipment and other
costs. Assist in ensuring safe working practices are observed at all times.
 Making report general daily/weekly manpower, employee absent, man-
hour’s summary.
 Keep update manpower record available at the site and distribution by
working type then daily report to PM.
 Arrange manpower groups according to the engineer/foreman under
worker’s.
 Make manpower cost control with activity code for project cost control
dept.
 Booking of man hours against cost code.
 Make request for employee vacation, unpaid leave, resignation, air ticket,
clearance, benefits, insurance and company identity card etc. then submit
to HR/GR dept.
 Bring Iqama, insurance, ATM, air ticket, agreement, salaries and company
card from HR/GR dept. then handover to the site employee.
 Keep/filing a record (sick leave annual, vacation, unpaid, resignation,
termination, deduction, ATM, Iqama, insurance, absent, attendance,
overtime, sub-contractor record, transfer memo etc.)
 Attend the meeting as per management from PM according to the date and
time.
 Provide administrative support with all aspects of HR/GR processes.
 Coordinate with HR/GR and payroll department regarding different
queries.
 Coordinate with transport dept. in order to arrange transportation for
employees.
 Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for
recording and tracking all of documents for the project team & department.
 Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations.
 Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
 Salaries/Petty cash record as per need to provide site employee instruction
by Manager.
 Maintaining the invoices/P.O/M.R/SRN for sub-contractors employees.
 Send e-mail reminders to supervisors who have not approved employee
timesheets.
